Introduction
The information presented describes my classroom management philosphy I plan on addressing in the classroom in order to provide a fun and productive learning environment. The information presented come from a variety of different resouces such as the class, Managing the Learning Environment, instructor Joe Hicks, classroom experience in Practicum, and personal thoughts accumulated through out my experience working with students.
Below I listed demographic informatation about the ideal location and classroom I intend to teach at.
Chapter 1 will be an overview of the management philosophy I intend to focus on by comparing the humanistic and behavioral theories. In this section I will also be explaining my personal code of ethics. My personal Management philosophy will be presented based off of the humanistic theory and behavioral theory. I will finish chapter 1 with a discussion of the essential decisions I feel is most important to focus on.
Chapter 2 begins with my ideal classroom layout as if I was working with a 2nd grade classroom. I plan on ensureing students be grouped together with desk of 4-5 spread out to account for safe physical space. I will then discuss 5 rules I feel are most imortant for students to follow to allow for a learning environment free from distractions. I will then explain the procedure process such as Morning procedure, Bathroom pass Procedure, Transition procedure, and Line up procedure. I will explain how I plan on addressing rules and procedures in the classroom. I will describe the importance of community and ways in order to get the community involved in the classroom. I will finish up with Tools in my toolbox and describe resources I could use in the classroom to help students with behavioral problems.

- School Description: K-5 with a population of 300-500 students
