I will lead more into rewarding students with positive consequences because I feel like it is important students know that you acknowledge the hard work they are doing, but at the same time I don’t want students to work hard because they will get a reward from the teacher I want the student to work hard to fulfill self-potential and achievement. Negative consequences will be used only when behavioral issues are affecting the student and peers from receiving instruction that is free from distractions. Several verbal warnings will be given before a consequence will take place. Its important students are motivated to learn for the sake of learning rather than to please the teacher or get rewarded for it, however students should feel like there work is being notcied and rewarded.
